1st test! (Fundamental of Baking!)

overall, BERJAYA! tp agak x puas hati sebab one of our product which is CHOUX PASTRY tak naik dengan sempurna sebab tersilap tepung...we need to use the strong flour but we used soft flour in making that choux berjaya lah...(geram)
